    You would have to drop the compression ratio too. The higher than normal compression ratio is to assure ignition of gasoline as it has a higher auto-ignition temperature than diesel. It isn't needed for diesel. Also, swirl induction would have to be rotated 90 degrees and a toroidal bowl cut...
