    Just went out and checked my two late modelled USAF dropside trucks out. The '86 has the VIN stamped just above the shock support bracket on the frame, the '88 has nothing stamped anywhere in the driver side wheel well area. Hmm, the plot deapens. Did they stamp the VIN anywhere on the truck...

    Hmm, this truck has me stumped. Are you sure this was an Ex-USAF truck? I see a pioneer toolrack, lack of USAF w/VIN stamped on doors, don't see the typical USAF decals/stencils on the dash. It does have the usual USAF mandated stack flapper. Can you see an area in the rear of the truck that...
