    As a thought, since you said it would be HYD. powered, mount a 5t HYD. powered winch on the back of the bed, or tucked in at the boom mounts

    Depends on the lift, there is a LOT of weight on the w/w front end, will work a lot better then most small 4x4 wreckers, a holmes twin boom 550 would just about be right

    That works for me, now that is a REASON to do a 4X4, if you do it, BEEF UP the rear springs
