Here is an update of the problem.

I put some air tool oil in the emergency glad hand(as SS rrrr had said to do) I also took the valves apart that are on the driver side step and cleaned and air tool oiled them. SS halftrack told me that...
rrrr, The abs light comes on and then goes off when you move the switch to run and you can here the valves (or relays) actuating.
I think I will unplug them or undo the power.
Do you know were the ABS control box is?
I will out of town for two or three days and not able to work on the truck...
Well did more testing.
Went out put air into rear emergency glad hand with a little air tool oil.
Rear Brakes are caged.
Pushed on the brakes a number of times and all worked fine. Air coming out of both Primary Relay Valve vent and Secondary relay Valve vent.
Started truck,, pushed on...
rrrr, Thanks for more things to try. I have used the glad hands for trouble shooting on other trucks. I will try the air tool oil all so.

Went out this morning looked at some things. Started truck, checked brakes
worked ok. Started to drive around our block, got about a 1/2 mile and the brakes locked up again.
I am starting to think it maybe the ABS system.
Is there a way to disable the ABS system?
