    M1009 fuel consumpation, what is your MPG?

    Mine 1009 with stock military tires gets 14-16 mpg no matter what. I have tried a bunch of different driving techniques and the milage is always the same. I personally do not believe 20 mpg. I did get 20 mpg once when Ron towed the M1009 to the GA rally, added 90 miles to my milage...

    Some say they are getting 20 mpg, I drive mine to work 30 miles round trip at 70+ and then tow the M101 on the weekend and I get right at 15 mpg consistently. I keep saying that I am going to slow down to 65 where everyone says the sweet spot is but I have yet to be able to do that :driver...
