    I agree. Also, not sure what the difference is, but on all the pumps I've worked on, the throttle lever's(in pic 1) slit is lined up with the score on the shaft it slides onto. Your's is not.

    Sounds like you mean injection pump, not injector. I would say they be able to be rebuilt, but I have never heard of anyone doing it right. I'd buy a good take out or new one.
