    Why not change the mirror mounts if you want to "narrow it up" a bit? Those are not correct for that unit. Those mirror brackets are for a bridge truck. There were more styles used than pictured here.

    Easiest way for me is that I have the manuals for the duece downloaded into my deuce manuals file. Manuals for the 5 tons in another separate file. Another file for miscellaneous TM manuals. TM-9-2320-209-20P TM-9-2320-209-34P has clearer illustrations. Group 20.

    Like hndrsonj said, please read the manual. In the meantime look in TM 9-2320-361-10, about page 203, 2-30 and I edited post #43.

    The dump has 2 way cylinders, pushes up and pulls down. You need to engage the pto by pushing in the clutch and moving the lever all the way forward, let clutch out gently, lever forward to raise the dump and rearward to lower it.
