    I haven't seen a hemtt frt axle up close but I'm GUESSING the brakes are different. Give it a try & let us know. Im happy with the way mine "turned" out (pun intended).

    Thats what I used. As for grinding, I pulled my frt drums & had the outer corner edge machined down to clear the wheel & valve stem. Search user M920 he posted some pics.
