    Hello all, have a MEP-002A that i've overhauled, new injector pump, injectors heads all new bearings, ect. it did'nt work when we picked it up. It will now start fine but imediately revs to 90+ hz with a good fluke digital meter to measure Hz. Wont let it run for more than 10-20 seconds at this...
