    The OO3a engine WOULD work, if the generator were a 4 pole. It needs to turn at 3600 RPM, outside of the range of the 003A. IIRC, the governor on those engines will allow 2800 RPM. The Hatz diesel engines may work. Still you will need a flex plate to join the two plus any adaption for the...
