    5KW Mep-016C!

    It common for sellers on craig's list, ebay, etc. to claim higher KW ratings on military generators than the actual data plate value, with MEP-016 family generators often claimed to be 5KW instead of 3KW, MEP-002a's claimed at 7 KW instead of 5KW, etc. I have mixed feelings about this practice...
