    Don't assume the glow plugs are working just because they are new. There is a nice glow plug system test procedure in the TM's. It's possible they are are not cycling the way they are supposed to. Possible causes could be the glow plug controller card, the glow plug relay, the big resistor on...

    No, you run the supply wire from the glow plug relay to the 12v buss block next to the brake master cylinder. The glow plugs only run on 12v. The combination of the resistance of *all* the glow plugs in combination with the resistor pack on the firewall drop the 24v supplied in the stock setup...
