    hardest part of it seems to be air lines (capping the ones that went to rear most axle) I have my 923 pretty close to ready to pull the tandem setup and put on bobber springs (5 ton fronts)

    my thoughts were airbags work great for on rd trucks and can be great for ride if you have time to setup properly. I decided to go leaf spring just to keep truck so simple a cave man could work on it lol.

    yeah you can cut the deuce bed down to whatever size you want, leaving the 931 frame full length or shorten it either way.

    I'm actually in middle of bobbing a 923, and did a few photo shops of different wheel bases to get rough idea of look. I think on your 931 you could leave frame full length, get a 923 driveshaft to push axle back and be set, sliding bed forward or not is really up to you on looks. M931...
