W400 Ambulance: aka: Dubya Four Hundred Bambulance: I GOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

imho, that bumper is perfect for your W400! It is TOO funny that you'd mention bedliner........... I am planning to "Raptor" one of my 886s from top to bottom with the tintable version. Part of that strategy is shoring up and sealing the seams of the box. I just haven't decided which 886 to...

W400 Ambulance: aka: Dubya Four Hundred Bambulance: I GOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice work, Don. More impressed with this than anything Foose (and his umpteen workers and unlimited budget) is into. Have you considered Plasti-Dip over the sanded bumper? You can layer it and it is available in many colors. Just a thought.....

W400 Ambulance: aka: Dubya Four Hundred Bambulance: I GOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

MMM Panel Adhesive is expensive but holds amazingly well. That and a moderate amount of s.t. screws would pretty much assure a secure roof.

W400 Ambulance: aka: Dubya Four Hundred Bambulance: I GOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

I've seen the culvert and drum "thing" - could work. The big concern with the roll roofing is to make sure your bracing/cross members are just so. That stuff is 22 gauge, just like car parts stores sell.

W400 Ambulance: aka: Dubya Four Hundred Bambulance: I GOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe a step van or a semi trailer but I wouldn't think a typical bus roof section would work too well. I have a 4x8 sheet of 16 gauge to be used on the L & R lower sides of my red M886; that stuff is fairly strong. Does cross bracing need to be (re)installed?

LOVING the W400!!!!!!!!!!!! - no matter the evolution! That roof top is looking pretty bad! What about another 886 roof section to replace it with?
