the 819 weights 36000+ which is rite under the medium limit collapsed, streach it out and the work load goes way down, also i had a 8x8 that if i had to flat tow, the medium would have been way under size
I read your 1" post wrong, should work
these are for the HUGE, if your other TB has 1" holes where the adaptors attach, then most likely you can use medium adaptors on it
here are the pics of fthe two different tow bar from he11 adaptors, the one on the left is the 1"x1 1/2" pin size that fit the deuce and 5t, the one on the right is 1 1/2"x 1 1/2" pin size that fits the tow brackets that is used to pull a BIG FREGIN SOMETHING
hope this helps
" thought you meant the hole on the bracket was too close to the bumper to allow the tow bar enough pitch movement."
that is correct, making the lift bracket higher to provide the need movement required will put a LOT more side load on them in tight turns
ill get some pics later,my camera is...
"I can't even lift an end without taking them apart"

I have the tow bar from he11, I did find a set of adaptors with the 1"tow hole from somebody on site, I think SEMIS
there is not enough clearance to use the 1 1/2 pin hole with bushings, the adapter won't fit
