Cracked exhaust manifold....need advice
Welding old cast iron exhaust manifolds is almost impossible to keep from recracking because the porous cast iron picks up the carbon from the exhaust, so when welding you get carbon pockets that do not weld, it can be done but is a BIG production, then still only a 50/50 chance of not cracking...
