oyy! don't get me started there. the $1400 ford dana 60 he sent me was completely trashed from the knuckles out. I figured I would replace the bushings and springs but the lower caps had rust holes "allowing water in" and wasting the lower taper bearings, most of the cap bolts sheared off and...
may get banned for arguing but whatever!! Do you really think a 20 year old 3 leaf pack is going to be able to hold a dana 60 where it needs?? if you can look at the pack from the side and see daylight through the layers of the spring pack "it prob needs to be replaced"

I have noticed the stock springs can get slightly inverted when worn and cause a zero castor condition. Adding some and castor "moving the lower portion of the yoke out toward the front of the truck a degree or two" can help.
Also getting some new bushings for your sway bar.
