Pretty much what mwmules said, as for time frame to receive it (sf-97), I've gotten them in as little as 3 days after auction, and as long as 10 days after auction. Too bad some of the other places can't do that ! SF-97 isn't required to pick up, only payment receipt. Just make sure pick up...

Yes it is. I bought a truck 2 weeks ago from them :) The longest it's ever taken to get a sf97 from them has been 8 calendar days !!!
