    Try roll and tip. Apply with a foam or shirt nap roller and immediately knock down the orange peel with a dry brush.

    If anybody is having trouble getting a paint store to look up the FSS #, have them search for the brand "US Government". Benjamin Moore can mix the FSS codes directly from there.
