Thank you for your input, I am skipping the engine flush, and I think you make sense. But now you got me wondering about the ATF, do you normally just add it to the engine oil and keep it there or do you use it like a flush where you just add before drain, and how long do you keep it in there...

I would really appreciate if you had little more input on Motor Flush, I had the logic of thinning the dirty oil to get all the dirt and grime flow easier into pan from all the intricate depressions and slots possibly between moving stuff.
