    The only thing that makes noise on my x-doors is the windows when they are up. The doors are new. Do you have all the floor and tunnel pads in place?

    If you make the seal too thick, is there a chance of cracking the doors? The latch will hold the middle in place, but the seal would push the bottom and top out further?
