I just provided both links so you could read the information, as the eBay posts include more than the SS ad. (And, someone else is going to come along and ask too, so I figured I'd lay it all out there.)
It's $125 shipped. $10 more total on eBay to cover the fees.

Probably, but I'm not sure there would be much mechanical benefit, especially over greasing them.
Graphite powder can be mixed in as a filler to the polyurethane liquid. I've done this with other filler minerals, on other projects, for other reasons. I'm guessing you would have to add quite a...
Trailer bushings are ready for prime time!
Curiously, the TM 9-2330-394-13&P for the trailers lists the same NSN number for the bushings, even though they are different part numbers and clearly not the same size.
Yes, the bar on the M1082 trailer is about 3/8" smaller in diameter than the one on the trucks. Makes sense, since it weighs less. I should have the mold done for those soon (in the coming weeks).
I just haven't gotten to the uppers yet. Honestly, this all started because my lower bushings...
I have had my Gen 2 bushings out for a couple of months now. They're working pretty well.
Also, I have bushings for the M1082 trailers, based on this new design, coming soon!
The lower bushings (pictured in this thread and the for sale thread: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?184851-MTV-Sway-Bar-Bushings-Greasable-Polyurethane ) are what people refer to as the "lower" bushings. The "upper" bushings are those that go in the eyelets of the bar hanger.
Someone already did order some, and they weren't able to fit. He emailed me pictures, and I've been trying to help him figure out how to cut/modify them to work. The bracket holes aren't even close enough together to start overlapping yet. I assume he'll post here at some point.
Yes, they fit on the FMTV trucks, just not the trailers (trailer bushings have the same outer dimensions, but the bar is significantly smaller in diameter).
That would be great if it's the right length. Ø1.625" might be able to be squeezed on there. I can't find that part number in any of Energy Suspension's catalogs or online search.
It's a stupid accusation. There's no point entertaining it further. If you think I'm buying them and reselling them, I hope you spend endless amounts of time trying to figure out where I'm buying them from. Maybe in your search you will find some that actually fit, and I won't have to make them...
I'm already planning to make M1082 bushings... they're on "the list", but it's a long list.
I have an M1082, and while my bushings on it are still fine, I measured it once. From what I remember, the outside (part that fits in the hanger bracket) is the same as the LMTV, but the bar was just...
