    The air is supplied to the axle at only one spot. You'd have to modify the axles (and not in a minor way).

    I'm not sure if there is a separate A1R controller, but there are A0 (green) and A1 (black) controllers. The black ones are programmed differently (PSI), and did not work in my A0 (for whatever reason... it could have been bad, or just not liked the A0, but it just blinked "CTIS Overspeed" all...

    He said dome switch, not light. I have been working on some 3D printed dome lights that go in recesses for the in the top of the cab. More on that in the coming months.

    I don't understand what you're wanting to do with PWM. You're controlling simple solenoid valves and stuff... turn them on to fill, turn them off to stop, take a pressure reading. We're not trying to communicate to anything, or control positioners, or anything fancy. Can you elaborate on...

    Building a microcontroller replacement should be doable. Nothing about the system is overly complicated (e.g. no digital communications to decipher). That said, replacements are easy to find - they're all over eBay and other online sites.
