Make sure you replace the o-rings between the wheel halves. we had to clean rust from the bead area and o-ring groove. bought some beadsealer from oreilly auto parts and painted the bead and oring groove. no more leaks!
As a former trucker, I can tell you that every drier is different. I had one truck for 750000 miles and could go 3 weeks or more without draining the tanks.
had another one and I had to drain it every day.
we bought the 90 degree kits from one of the military suppliers (can't remember which one) and eliminated the ctis completely. all wiring and hoses, fittings....everything. it is for sale and complete.
we pulled all 6 hubs to repack wheel bearings and replaced the inner oring hub to backingplate seal but did not replace the seals between the bearings. Brakes looked like new.
the hubs are pressurized but not the axle itself. there is an o-ring behind the inner bearing. sounds like yours are leaking
hard to see the oring, goes on back of spindle against air-pack. wish I had taken pictures last week
