Forgot to post an update but as of last October 2019 a deal finally got done and she is off to a new home at a museum in Virginia

Unfortunately not officially yet. The owners have had a couple of family hardships recently and didn't want to deal with it yet. So she sits outside buried in the snow for now.

And only about 1300 gallons of gas at 1 mpg!!

Here are a few more pictures.I will be going next week on my day off to drive this monster and spend a few hours going over it completely.I will keep everyone posted.

O.k. guys. Time to crank up those speakers. Here's the video. I'll be sure to get a dash cam/onboard video when I get to drive it in the next few weeks. I can also get some better close up pics if anybody has any requests of something in particular...

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this post. I'm new to the M.V. world as I recently bought a M813 5 ton. My wifes boss has this M26a1?(I think thats what it is) and I was able to get a couple of pics today. It just sits in their yard or in a large storage barn most of the time...
