Hey Bigbee, way easier than I thought it would be. Used a Hole Hawg for low rpm and a new Milwaukee hole saw with the pilot bit removed because I had the bracket clamped on for a guide. Got the hole started a little and then drilled 4 or 5 1/8 relief...

Kenny, I had a feeling that you might have a comment about the hole for the trailer plug but I left it so I would get the most reinforcing value of the bracket. The safety chain loops have already been handy for hooking chains into when wrapped around...
Installed a reworked CUCV swiveling pintle hitch and mounting bracket to front bumper and got my air intake elevated with some older gasser parts, another muffler clamp and a fabbed bracket and some heavy duty industrial vent hose.
