    I'm confused on tire sizes.

    This should help some. As I understand it, the main differences between the two are height and availability. 14.00r20 is 48" tall, and the 395 is 46.5" tall, 395's are more common now and 14.00's seem to be hard to find. 395's should fit on you rims, but still double check them to make sure.
