Yesterday I put a bracket under the flatbed to hold a Jerry can, changed a bulb in one of my off road lights, and wired up another led flood light on the rear of the headache rack. I got a blown tail light but oh well I don't care lol. Also installed my new to me driveshaft. Should be good to go...
Yesterday I Installed a new led flood light on the back of the head ache rack, and also replaced my busted lock in hub with a used one but it works fine. New driveshaft showed up so have to get it greased and installed
Other day I had a popping from my front axle when in 4x4. So I pulled my pass side lock in and it was busted. The knob wasn't connected anymore to the part it turns. Also front drive shaft was literally about to fly apart. Got one of those on the way too. Gonna get it greased up and put in when...
I would run to small pods. I have 2 pods on the top the headache rack on my flatbed which is about even with my cab roof. One on each side they are from tractor supply and have 5 bulbs per unit. They are amazing at night. Shine like the sun and almost no current draw. If you put a bar in the...
The back part of the top is fiberglass correct? So thats gonna make it tough because no where to weld a bracket or use a magnet. You would probably be best off mounting some to the bumper then have an extra set on some poles you can plug in back there somewhere that you can hook on the bumper...
Nah Kenny I'm gonna keep the th400 and later I will be adding a gear vendor overdrive box.
Computer 54 I'm probably going with a TCI rebuild kit and a new converter. My dad has rebuit transmissions before so we can do it. If needed we will get his buddy to come down who has been building...
Not really no sir.
I was turning from a T in the road and did a little rubber burn not much and when it went into second (had stopped spinning) I heard a little pop and it was stuck in 2nd. I had first and second and nothing else. It would shudder really hard in reverse then it just stopped...
From the green machine?
It currently on a pallet covered up. I had to give an alt to a friend to get his truck running. I'm going to eventually rebuild it and go through it. I believe the pump was just going again and I didn't have the want to do another IP at the time. I just kept throwing...
I understand that. I have done the kingpin springs and bushings and I can't find anything in the steering components that is worn out or sloppy. Frame is not busted the little leather thing on the steering shaft isn't gone. I'm figuring it is my tires.
I ran a identical set on my Dodge Durango...
Hahaha.
Sounds good to me.
The new dampener did help the death wobble issue. I think new tires will take care of the last bit. My tires are getting kinda worn out and I think may be coming apart on the inside. Oh well. Another day and another dollar to put into the truck. I'm going mudding...
I put a new steering dampener on and filled up the washer fluid on the green machine. Now to figure out why the sprayer pumps all the time when I turn on the whipers
