That's the standard letter they mail out once the EUC either has cleared, or is ready to clear. I got one with my first EUC; they don't seem to send them more than once when you file additional EUCs.

They don't charge you a 25% fee if the EUC doesn't come back in the alloted time; they just null out the sale. They charge you if you back out of the deal, or you are denied an EUC at least once, and then you keep bidding on things after being turned down.

I really don't understand it. Mine have taken 9, 7, and 3 working days, respectivly. I really expected a long delay on the first one - but they did it in short order. Wonder if it has to do with how easy it is to check on someone's background? For instance, if you're an old timer like me...
