Installed new kingpin bushings and springs.
Wow, with the new tires, new shocks and new kingpin bushings and springs, it drives like a new truck! I can hit a bump in the road and not fear for my life now! :-o

I was headed home the other day in the M1028 and noticed a rattling noise when braking and steering. I pulled over and found that the rear power steering pump bracket had lost its' adjustment bolt and was making all the noise.
The high pressure hose from the pump to the brake booster had been...
Installed new GEN2 alternator, put the dash back together, drove it around to charge the battery. Works great now.
Saw the GEN 1, GEN 2, and oil pressure lamp all light up when putting the key in the accessory position for the first time ever.

Doghead relay mod! The hardest part was going to the hardware store for the ring terminals.
