    Bearing is stuck

    You have to push gently and evenly from each side for it to slide right on. It's a very tight fit so if it's off at all it hangs up. Never hit them with a hammer! I found a few that were pretty dented up from someone beating them into place. The same goes for taking them off. Just give it even...
