    lots of options on how to keep these charged. Personally I like the NO.CO GEN5X2 marine battery charger. Hardwired to each battery; it charges them independently. I was lucky when I bought my plug that someone was selling a couple used ones for pretty cheap. Haven't seen any for sale like...

    It's a circuit breaker. If a wire shorts out, it's supposed to trip before you burn up the whole truck. It's just the wire/breaker through which the transmission control module gets it's power. Without it you're stuck in 2nd gear limp mode.
