    MEP-003a regulator upgrade.

    I would test the machine and determine if the regulator is working. Its a good idea to have a spare on hand but I wouldn't change out a good one just for fun. Don't worry too much about the hour meter. Those things will run a ton of hours before they need anything if you take care of them...
