Surprisingly my S788 weighs only about 750lb and the 250 just a bit more. Now if the ECU would have still been on rack on front it would have weighed in excess of 1600lbs but this thing had a unit on it at one time that would have made a polar bear happy. -

That is a strange configuration. Not a S250 not a S788. Could you take some pictures from different angles. I am planning on doing same but with a S250. S250 Tan S288 Camo
