    The only change to the address we have seen since we've been here, is due to the 911 re-numbering our street. Went from 945 to 985 about 7 years ago. All utilities have been in my name, with the same address forever. BTW, DRMS just called me regarding the email sent last night. Funny...

    Guess I'm one of the "un-lucky" ones. :cry: EUC sent to Battle Creek 5/5/09 and still waiting. I have "live-chatted" with GL a couple of times in the past couple of weeks, and they always said I was within the 45 day window, and just needed to wait. My question is what does the 45 day window...
