    Papabear, was it my post about my old bus? sounds familiar... Joe, I just had to remove all the seats out of my school bus when I took it to SC DMV. They took one look in the back, and said, 'ok, RV it is'. Not sure if they have a 'system' of some sort in it. But they didn't require anything...
