Did some prep work for the trip. With the help of davesgmc I flushed the deuce's cooling system today and pulled the radiator. It's had a small leak in one corner, but only leaks when the thermostat opens. Got the radiator to the shop just before they closed. We used Prestone flush and clean...

If the sky's supposed to be clear that weekend I might bring my telescope down. It's only a 3" reflector but it does a decent job for the casual viewer.

This is a great time to come and check out the vehicles and see what you like the most.

Pretty soon the Eastwind vehicles will out number D-Day vehicles down there.

Allan should post a few pics of our deuce smoke generator truck we tried out this past weekend. His truck was covered in oil.

I vote for the same weekend as OFAST. 1-it's cool to drive along the trails at D-Day and hear the firing at the adjacent property, 2-it's lots of fun to go over and see all the shooting. This is a fun event and I highly recommend it.
