Next question is, what is a former military plate? Can you drive it on road like any other vehicle?

thank you, i will be making a lot of questions. and the 1st one is, were you able to register yours without issue? i spoke to a friend of mine and told me that depending what the title says she can do it or i might have to go to the DMV to inspect it. she works at one of those title and tag places.
