    Yeah that's wrecked. Throw that in the f*ckit bucket. I got a used one on ebay for $100 that was in good shape - studs all cleaned up like new. Make sure there's no black stain of capacitor electrolyte leaking out of the back where it's potted. In the meantime just bolt the battery and load...

    12.6v is a fully charged battery. 10.5v is a fully discharged battery. Anything in the 11.Xv range is EXTREMELY suspect and may have essentially zero capacity with shorted cells. See chart: Disconnect each battery from the truck and LOAD TEST them. You can't continue the troubleshooting...

    Load test the batteries. Number one priority. Disconnect them from the truck entirely for the test. Transmission computer will be the first to complain about voltages that are out of it's range of operation. Mine did that when I had the over-voltage problem. See my thread about the OVCO issue...
