That's personal preference I like it if it has the bumper lettering to, unit numbers and such. Im going to do custom stencils on my 09. Where a civi would say K5 Blazer I'm going to stencil on M1009

Did the quick disconnect come for the truck or did you have to modify something to work. Someone torched my swaybar off before I got my M1009. I've really never noticed it missing but if I do replace it I would like a quick disconnect setup.
Converted rear bus to 12v using Antennaclimber mod to install Magnum Dimensions 1000w 12v inverter in the rear. Working on flushing Dot 3/4 brake fluid out from previous owner. Rebuilding brake system and restoring back to Dot 5.
Removed rusted out blower housing and replaced it with one bought off of CUCVRUS, cut out the rusty part of the firewall where the heater core had been leaking on it and welded in a 16 ga patch panel. Painted everything and installed a new heater core. Putting it all back together now. Looking...

Pulled the leaky heater core out. Looks to be the original so I'm going to have it rebuilt. I hear horror stories about the aluminum ones all the time. Also discovered an entire wife beater/under shirt and a pack of instant coffee in my heater box.
Spin on fuel filter mod. It being crooked is going to bother some folks but I did it that way so I could fit longer filters on if needed. Eventually going to put a petcock in the other side for bleeding.
