    Go back to message #28. First two sentences. It rarly happens. Everyone is happy that the set works, and "assumes" it will for ever. Even reset generators are subject to this kind of failure. Because everyone "assumes" that if it was good up till now, its good till grandpa croaks.

    Any gen set, should be checked as soon as you get it. Look at what is there, and consider what can happen in the future. It was SOP for us to use old, or new Inner tube, to wrap around wires, if we did not have time, and parts, to correct this problem. Anytime you see a wire, any wire...
