When I search in parts target the 6105-01-168-7906 it brings up the 2530-01-168-7906. I dont know what the first 4 digits stand for but maybe it is a supersede or different manufacture cage code of the same thing but the picture looks like the critter to me.

The top listed cable is the right cable for the M101A3. It is 74 inches long. All other listed cables are too short. I marked them in red.

Thats the TIMKIN part number for the bearing you made the red arrow point at. I just looked in German ebay, for timken 25580-25520, and it came up. Might be cheaper for you to look there.
Perfect Ronald! Now you got this down pat!! I seem to remember that the TIMKEN company supplied this part to us, and strangly enough, for this NSN, I wrote down in my notes the part #: 25580-25520.
OK, open up the TM. Go to page 87-2, (PDF page # 418) And you see a picture of the cable. Figure 6, Item #1.
Go to page 87-3, (PDF page # 419) You see THREE cables listed. To know what cable fits your trailer, you kneed to know what UOC, (Useable On Code) the M101A3 has.

The handles were difficult as well until a couple months ago a SS member found a manufacturer for the more recent version, I recall the price being reasonable. (new-new, not NOS) Thats who found the cables. I think. I forget who it was. I helped him find the handles.
If you open the TM9-2330-202-13&P, Dated 30 Dec, 2011, to pages (PDF page numbers) 413-414, you will see a drawing of all three types of axles. The #2 axle is the one you want to find on a M101-A3 trailer. And as Jeepadict wrote, very distinctive.
The TM will tell you if more then one axle was used on the trailer. I just look at the TM, and for the M101-A3 the below listed axle was the ONLY one used.
