JP-8 and Jet-A1 are all about the same. 99% kerosene. Any and all military gen sets are listed as being able to run these fuels. Add some oil to the fuel tank. Your engine will thank you.- Guyfang

On the side of your gen set, and in the TM, is a list of fuels that the military has decided can be used in that set. You might take a look.- Guyfang
