Yep! If you don't drain the tanks at the end of a day's driving water sits in there and rusts them out from the inside. I think an air dryer helps with that, but there's a good reason why the manuals and professional truckers still do it! I think the DMV CDL manual for NY even says to do it.

I think you could get away with a spelling error. That's not unheard of in the miliary :p

I was wondering about that. I've never actually seen the low air pressure buzzer on my truck. Makes me wonder if it looks like that one.

What is that, some kind of alarm buzzer or horn?

Do you tune those voltage regulators? I've heard that's a lost art and solid state is the way to go.

Don't the wreckers and dumps have some kind of double frame construction? I've never compared frames and have no idea what that would look like.

I think I was confusing injector pump with fuel pump. Hope you figure out what's happening at the injectors!

How did you verify that? Hook a drill up to it and run some diesel through?

Amazing how many different kinds of green iron everyone's into :p I hope that lube order helped you out, though you probably won't be able to test the power steering anyway until you get it running again!

I've never actually seen the power steering setup for a 5-ton. Cool!
