I’m curious, if you know, Once loose, what causes all the bolts to shear at the same time? Initial torque on start up? Sudden acceleration? I can’t imagine that these bolts will all back out, or loosen, to a certain point and then shear. Interesting.
The biggest question now is; “what caused those bolts to shear off”?
Have you flat towed the truck with the brakes cages? I’m wondering if there’s a problem in the transmission or drive train that caused this? Did some knucklehead try to recover this vehicle and cause this damage through...
There is a guy in Texas, Bret Fox. Don’t know where he is in relation to you though. He has a “Motor Pool” and is very knowledgeable; but, I don’t know if he works on anyone else’s stuff.
