    M1028 left right brake balance

    Sounds like an assembly issue. These drum brakes are the typical servo type, using the brake drag to also energize the clamping force. The best way to check is to jack up the rear axle and remove both drums to compare the assembly, they should be mirror images of each other. The 50% right...
