    4310 is for 225 to 420 Mhz, 50Ohm, 60W with type N Female connector, It was used for UHF comms on USMC bands for ground to air in OIF 1 and OIF 2. These are leftovers from that contract. 4242-MK2 is VHF 30-88Mhz, 50 Ohm, 70W, with a BNC Female connector. These were used for ground to ground...
