Different viscosity and different smells. Have you run this set with the doors open for a short time, to see if you can visually pinpoint the culprit(s)?- Light in the Dark

You could have an oil leak (Ive had a front crank seal go, which drips oil onto the belt, subsequently spitting it all over the enclosure and engine in a radial manner), or you could have leaking fuel return lines. Photos are worth gold here.- Light in the Dark

If you turn on EVERYTHING besides the AC... whats the load meter say you are using on the 803?- Light in the Dark

Do you have an electric range or other high draw items you can turn on thats NOT the ac?- Light in the Dark

What CAN you load it with heavy? I assume its the LRA (startup amps) thats your problem now. If its spitting carbon at lower kws... you got some work ahead of you. Can you source Seafoam locally?- Light in the Dark
