    It's not that complicated. See my method above. Simple to do, and simple to reverse back to stock. Leaves the circuitry as if the switch were permanently in the Service Light position. (y) Yeah, well, neither are we! :D

    I bypassed mine so the switch is no longer functional. It operates in service mode only (civilian mode). A couple of jumpers is all it took. So..... I suggest you follow my method (see here), and if you don't want the switch there, just disconnect it from the dash panel and zip tie it up...
