    I have zero experience with the Hmmwv rim but I will tell you I think it’s a bad idea. 16.5 wheels have the least pronounced bead grove of all the wheels that I have personally seen. You don’t deflate so you might be ok. Very least I would personally do the pvc pipe. I’m a big fan of the rubber...
